At least he didn’t have to watch Pirlo crying
By: Penny |Undoubtedly a sight I could have done without. Inzaghi eschewed the pleasure of seeing Italy crash and burn without him to play and win against his brother in the finals of this tennis tournament. Apparently it was a proper game, with lots of arguing with the umpire (suprisingly).
He should have taken Pippo
By: Penny |Well, this is an Inzaghi blog, what did you expect me to say? That aside there was a definite lack of goals in this Euro campaign, as Italy exited left without one forward scoring a goal, unless you choose to include Thierry Henry’s effort.

By: Penny |to mention that there is a report that Barca are going to put a bid in for Inzaghi, having been disappointed by Juve’s reply to their enquiries about Trezeguet. I suppose more unlikely transfers have happened, but I can’t think of one at the moment.
