The gazetta swears that Inzaghi was “celebrating in the tribune” when Milan won on Sunday but if he was, he wasn’t featured in the coverage I saw. There was, however, a very quick shot of Alessandro Nesta in an outfit which raises the central enigma of calcio, how do they get away with wearing v neck sweaters?

Anyway, apparently Pippo is on his way back from his torn thigh muscle, although probably not in tonight’s match against Zurich, or in Sunday’s, in fact. After that there is an international break so maybe after that, depending on how it goes.

Good news for the Inzaghino fans amongst us though, Simone Inzaghi actually got a game for Lazio this week, in the Coppa Italia, and managed an assist.

  I know Ariajava, I think it’s because he always looks so deliriously happy himself, none of that Henry trying to look cool nonsense, Inzaghi is a man who knows how to celebrate properly.
